Terms & Conditions – Jawai Safari’s
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking any safari drive with Jawai Safari’s. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
1. Booking Confirmation
All safari bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
A confirmation message/email will be sent upon successful booking.
Guests are required to provide valid ID proof (Aadhaar/Passport) at the time of booking.
2. Payment Policy
100% advance payment is required to confirm any safari (Leopard Safari, Birdwatching Safari, or Full-Day Safari).
Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.
Bookings are non-transferable.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the safari are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations within 24–48 hours of the safari will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled safari or in the event of a no-show.
In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, government restrictions), Jawai Safaris reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the safari with a full refund.
4. Safari Guidelines
All guests must follow instructions from the driver/guide at all times.
Stepping out of the vehicle is strictly prohibited unless specifically permitted by the guide.
Guests must wear appropriate clothing (preferably in earthy or camouflage tones) to avoid disturbing wildlife.
Loud noises, littering, or any behavior that disrupts wildlife is not allowed.
5. Liability & Risk
Participation in safari drives is at your own risk. Jawai Safaris is not liable for any injury, loss, theft, or damage during the tour.
Wildlife sightings are based on natural behavior and cannot be guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by road conditions, vehicle breakdowns, or external factors beyond our control.
6. Health & Safety
Guests with medical conditions or mobility issues should inform us in advance so we can make necessary arrangements.
Carry personal medication, drinking water, and sun protection during the safari.
7. Pick-Up & Drop-Off
Complimentary pick-up and drop-off is provided only from hotels located within the Jawai area.
Exact pick-up time will be communicated after booking confirmation.
8. Code of Conduct
Guests are expected to maintain decorum, silence, and respect for nature.
Any behavior deemed unsafe or disrespectful may lead to termination of the safari without refund.
9. Use of Photographs
Jawai Safaris may capture photos or videos during the safari for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any such material, kindly inform us in advance.
10. Changes to Terms
Jawai Safaris reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
By booking a safari with Jawai Safaris, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
